SPINDLE
The front and back of the spindle adopts the
original Japanese NSK high precise slant-angled ball bearings. To it
proper retightening force is given, matching with the optimum skip
distance and the box-type spindle box. Thus the spindle has high
rigidity and is capable to operate at high speed.
TAILSTOCK
The rotary arbor-type tailstock with high speed
and high precision guarantees the turning centering. The arbor bearings
are all imported from NSK in Japan. The sleev can be expanded and
contracted by program control. The tailstock can be wholly moved by the
saddle pulling.
60¡ãSLANT BED
The bed and the base are block mold. 60 slant bed
ways can bear larger load area. It has better rigidity and absorption of
vibration. It can keep the high precise turning and excellent precision.
